Advertising, if enabled.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a uniform standard for responding to those signals, the Website may not respond to them.
Where required by applicable law and supported by our systems, we will treat a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of covered sales, sharing or targeted advertising.

Where required by law, we will provide an applicable opt-out method through our cookie-preference tool, a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or another legally recognized method.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18 for targeted advertising.
10. Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the message or by contacting us.
If we send marketing text messages, you may opt out by replying STOP or following the instructions in the message.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending nonpromotional communications concerning an active engagement, appointment, payment, purchase or other transaction.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The appropriate retention period depends on:
The nature and sensitivity of the information;
The purpose for which it was collected;
The duration of our relationship with you;
Whether the information remains useful for ongoing or future services;
Tax, accounting, contractual and legal requirements;
Applicable limitation periods; and
The need to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
We may retain transaction, tax, consent, contract and opt-out records for longer periods when necessary to demonstrate legal compliance.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will delete, deidentify or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and reasonable backup and archival processes.
12. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Access to client photographs and styling records should be limited to individuals and service providers who reasonably need access to perform authorized work.
No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
